I ordered for carryout and I accidentally dropped one of the pizza while checking it and ERICA helped me and offered to make me another pizza even if it's my fault. It might not be a big thing or it's probably their policy but it's just her attitude and sincerity to help and make another one for me. Mind you she was alone at the time, making pizza and dealing with customers. Thank you Erica!!!
